Michael Kennedy
FOUNDER
Kennedy’s career in luxury hospitality began as a Certified Sommelier at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington DC and Grand Cayman where he had the honor of delivering exceptional wine experiences and served as Beverage Director at Blue by Eric Ripert.
In 2014, he founded Component Wine Company and later established Fraîche Wine Group, which now features four acclaimed wineries. His achievements have earned him a place on Forbes 30 Under 30 and recognition as a “Rising Star” by Food & Wine Magazine for his contributions to the wine industry.
In his role as Founder & CEO of Giovanni Bonelli Group, Michael is creating an environment where every person connected to the company feels a unique level of care. He believes that GBG transcends traditional luxury experiences by infusing them with an unprecedented degree of empathy and thoughtfulness.

Kapil Sharma
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
With an extensive background spanning more than 25 years in hospitality management, Kapil has accumulated a wealth of experience working with renowned brands such as Auberge, Atlantis, Marriott, Rosewood, and Ritz-Carlton, among others. This rich history has honed his expertise and fueled his passion for delivering exceptional service in luxury hotels.
In his role as COO at Giovanni Bonelli Group, Kapil is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including the spa, club, and food & beverage programs. With Kapil at its helm, Giovanni Bonelli hotels operate under the highest standards of hospitality and care for guests and employees alike.

Morgan Stallings
VICE PRESIDENT OF DEVELOPMENT
After nearly ten years managing large accounts and an inside account management team for a prominent 3rd Party Logistics company, Morgan transitioned to a role with a highly regarded commercial real estate investment sponsor delving into the realms of real estate, deal-making, development execution, and operations on a global scale. Both of these experiences inspired Morgan's belief in how outstanding people working together can create significant companies that influence people and places.
Now serving as the Vice President of Development at GBG, Morgan is tasked with overseeing the hotel group's development projects, cultivating key stakeholder relationships, and driving growth initiatives. -
Marc Gagnon
DIRECTOR OF WINEMAKING
Marc’s resume & accolades as a winemaker are too long to write, but it includes many 100 point wines, roles including Head Winemaker at Bryant Family Vineyard and Assistant Winemaker at Screaming Eagle, and currently Director of Winemaking for Caldwell Vineyard in Coombsville, among other projects. Although his winemaking resume is grand, his personality and skills are far beyond.
Kennedy describes Marc as a brilliant combination of artist & scientist. Gagnon leads the winemaking strategy and oversees all portfolio winemaking & production in collaboration with Kennedy. Gagnon has been described as “utterly brilliant” by Antonio Galloni, the famed wine critic and founder of Vinous. With Marc leading international winemaking efforts, the portfolio is stronger than it has ever been. Marc lives in Napa & travels to each site regularly.

Reece is a commercially astute leader with over 20 years in luxury hospitality, spanning boutique hotels, corporate resorts, and international sales leadership across Europe, the Caribbean, North America, and Australasia. Based in Vienna, he drives global sales strategies and crafts experiential narratives for UHNW travelers. Reece has held leadership roles with some of the world’s most respected luxury brands, including The Ritz-Carlton and Relais & Châteaux. His work bridges private aviation, cultural institutions, and heritage experiences. Known for blending strategic insight with creative flair, he continues to elevate the luxury experience through innovation, authenticity, and results-driven execution.
